Extended return policy Use your home as a showroomm

If you do not have the opportunity to visit one of our showrooms, then we have extended our free return policy so you can use your own home as a showroom. You can test loose in your own surroundings for 45 days before you decide. If your new Lemus HOME does not live up to your expectations, we will pick it up free of charge. So you take no risk by ordering your new sound furniture and testing at home, we pay both shipping back and forth, so if you regret your purchase you will not lose any money. Just remember to store all original packaging until you have finally decided.

If you live outside the EU, we also pay VAT on your sound furniture..

*VAT is not included if you order accessories such as cables, remote control or frame separately so be sure to have everything with you when you place your order.  


I would like to exercise my right of return what do I do?

We guarantee uncompromising quality we can vouch for, and therefore you must have the opportunity to regret.

If you want to make use of the right of return, you must contact us and we will coordinate collection of your Lemus HOME. In the meantime, you need to pack Lemus HOME in original packaging, in the same way as on receipt. We also point out that the product must be in the same condition as when it was received, with everything belonging to wires, manual, etc ..).
