When ordering:

When you order items at Lemus.dk,you will automatically receive an order confirmation / invoice in your email.
It is also enclosed with the products shipped, and serves as your receipt.

We only withdraw the money when the order has been shipped. For pre-order or delivery time over 2 weeks, the money is deducted before shipment, as it is a reservation of the product. You still have a 45-day free return policy, which is valid from receipt of the product.


Delivery time varies depending on the product - you can see delivery for the individual product when you proceed to payment. We strive to deliver as soon as possible.

If you are not at home upon delivery, you can get re-delivery or pick up free of charge at the nearest terminal for a fee.

Shipping prices:

Lemus offers free shipping on all orders that include one of our Lemus HOME sound furniture.

Do you buy smaller products such as Lemus Life, frame, cables or other accessories, the shipping prices are:

Denmark: DKK 39
Outside Denmark: DKK 80


All prices are in Danish kroner and include 25% VAT.

Currency converter is only for indicative currency prices. All purchases are settled in Danish kroner when the purchase has been completed. VAT is included on all sound furniture. VAT is NOT included on accessories such as. Lemus HOME remote, Lemus HOME steel frame and the like.

Shipping to Norway:

Lemus sends all sound furniture / orders including a sound piece of furniture such as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means that we have taken care of all expenses for customs and other taxes to Norway or shipments outside the EU in advance.

Warranty & right of withdrawal:

At Lemus HOME , you always get a 45-day 100% satisfaction guarantee and a 3-year guarantee with your purchased product. This means that you can unpack your new Lemus HOME - test and test it - and check if it lives up to your expectations. If not, you can send it back and get your money back.

We guarantee uncompromising quality we can vouch for, and therefore our customers must have the opportunity to regret. We believe this is loyalty to our customers and our product.

We point out that the product must be in the same condition as when it was received, with everything that belongs (wires, manual, etc.). This can not be used as a replacement if the accident is out and the product breaks down for its own sake within 45 days. We pay the shipping back to Lemus, and we arrange collection at your home, so you do not have to touch a finger.

The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply. If you as a consumer have bought goods, you have a 24-month right to make a complaint about all goods in accordance with the rules of the Purchase Act. For items with a limited lifespan, however, your right to make a complaint is limited to the shelf life that is usual for the item in question.

At Lemus, you have a 3-year guarantee on your Lemus HOME sound furniture, so you can complain about any faults and defects up to 36 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects and defects that have been present, or the cause has been present, upon receipt of the product. 

The burden of proof

In some cases, there may be doubts as to whether a defect is covered by the warranty. If the error appears within the first 6 months, the error is presumed to have been present at the transfer, and it is the seller who must prove the opposite. For the remaining 30 months, it is basically the buyer who must prove this.

If the item has a defect

If you believe that your item is suffering from a defect, this will be repaired by having your item repaired by authorized professionals, but in some cases other solutions may also be considered (cf. the Purchase Act).

You must be aware that there is no defect if the fault is due to wear, incorrect use (eg in violation of the instructions for use) or external influences (eg lightning). In these cases, you must bear the cost of a possible repair.

In connection with examinations of your product, Lemus or an authorized Lemus repairer is entitled to charge a fee. The amount of the fee is stated upon submission and must be paid by you if it turns out that the defect is not covered by the guarantee.


To hand in an item for repair, you must contact the place of purchase and be able to present the original receipt / proof of purchase.

If you discover a defect or defect in a purchased item, you as a consumer must contact Lemus.dk as soon as possible and within a reasonable time and explain what the defect or defect consists of.

Lemus.dk does not guarantee guarantees given by third parties.

Complaints can be made by contacting us by phone or email. If the item suffers from a defect or defect, Lemus.dk will seek to repair the item or alternatively make a replacement, if this does not entail disproportionate costs for Lemus.dk.

If we do not succeed in reaching an agreement, you can lodge a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Board, if the conditions for this are met, seewww.kfst.dk.

Right to personal data:

Your information you have provided on Lemus.dk is secure and will not be forwarded or sold to a third person.

You have the right to be informed of what data we have registered you in, according to the Personal Data Act and therefore you can contact us and hear what data we have registered you in.


Discount codes and other offers, may be used a maximum of once per. order. All rights to printing errors or corrections of discounts are reserved.
