We guarantee uncompromising quality we can vouch for, and therefore our customers must have the opportunity to regret. We believe this is loyalty to our customers and our product.

Contact home@lemus.dk and we will coordinate collection of your Lemus HOME.

We point out that the product must be in the same condition as when it was received, with everything belonging to the wiring, manual, etc. This can not be used as a replacement if the accident is out and the product breaks within its own fault within 45 days. We pay the shipping return to Lemus, and we arrange pick-up at your home, so you do not have to touch a finger. 

The product must be packed in original packaging, in the same way as on receipt and taped with transparent packing tape. No use of duct tape or the like. If the product breaks during shipping, due to lack of original protection and packaging, then this will be deducted from the returned amount.

You must be extremely careful when assembling or disassembling the product.
If you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, then damage / wear and tear on the product means a reduction in the value of the item, and may result in you receiving only a small part or none of the purchase price back.

The exceptions to the right of return are, however:
- Custom-made furniture
- Furniture bought as occupied at a reduced price.
When returning, you should make sure that the item is securely wrapped. You are responsible for the package / item,until we receive this.

Refund

When we receive the item, we check it and you get a refund of the amount you paid us for the item at the time of purchase. The amount will be transferred to the same payment method with which you paid for the purchase. For example, if you paid by card, the amount will be returned to the payment card you used for the purchase.

Note
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the item is impaired because:
- You have actually taken the item into use e.g., marks from other products that have been on the furniture, put the furniture on the wall or other traces of use that impair the value of the product)
- It has been damaged while you were responsible for it,
- You have handled the product in a different way than was necessary to be able to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way in which they work,

You are welcome to inspect and try the item.
You are liable for the impairment in addition to ordinary inspection and testing.
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to other handling,
than what is necessary to determine the nature of the product, its characteristics and the way in which it works.
